Exchanges and returns are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
As an online brand, all exchanges and returns are handled by post via Nova Poshta.
Items of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
1. Items of proper quality (within Ukraine)
Returns or exchanges are possible provided that:
- The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear, washing or use.
- Its original condition, tags, labels and original packaging are preserved.
- There are no stains, marks or foreign odours.
- The item is returned complete, exactly as it was received.
Please note: if you return or exchange an item of proper quality on your own initiative, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. If, under Ukrainian law, a product category cannot be exchanged or returned (for example, underwear), such items cannot be returned.
2. International orders
International delivery, exchanges and returns are at the recipient's expense.
Please check the size chart and product measurements carefully before placing an international order.
3. Defective items or order errors
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or there is a mistake in your order (wrong size, colour or item sent):
Let us know within 14 calendar days of receipt.
All return shipping costs are covered by MARSA.
4. How to arrange a return or exchange
To keep the process quick, please do not send the item without contacting us first.

Please include:
Your order number;
The item name and the reason for the exchange/return;
A clear photo (if the item is defective or the order is incorrect).
Send the item: once we have checked the details, our manager will send you the details for shipping the parcel via Nova Poshta.
5. Refunds
Once the return reaches our warehouse, we check the condition of the item within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are made to the bank card used for payment.
The time it takes for the funds to arrive may depend on your bank.
