You can pay for your order online by bank card through the plata by mono payment service.
Cards issued by Ukrainian and foreign banks are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is made online when you place your order on the website.

Pay in instalments with monobank

At checkout you can also choose “Pay in instalments” from monobank. The payment can be split into three or more instalments under monobank’s terms.

Delivery within Ukraine

Orders are processed and handed over for shipping within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.
The following delivery options are available at checkout:

Nova Poshta — delivery to a branch

You can collect your order at the Nova Poshta branch of your choice.
Delivery costs are calculated at the carrier’s rates and depend on the parcel and the recipient’s location.
Estimated delivery time after the order is handed over to the carrier is 1–3 business days. You can check the exact date on the Nova Poshta website or app.

Nova Poshta — delivery to a parcel locker

You can collect your order from the Nova Poshta parcel locker of your choice, if this option is available for your order.
Delivery cost — at Nova Poshta rates.
Estimated delivery time after the order is handed over to the carrier is 1–3 business days.

Nova Poshta courier (door-to-door delivery)

Door-to-door delivery by a Nova Poshta courier is available to the address you provide.
For courier delivery, please enter your city, street address, apartment/office number if applicable and a contact phone number at checkout.
Courier delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the location.

International delivery

We ship orders abroad.
Estimated international delivery time is 7–14 days, depending on the destination country and the carrier. The cost of international delivery depends on the destination country and the parcel and is paid by the recipient. Any customs duties, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the price of the goods or delivery and are paid separately by the recipient.
